I regularly convert 2D construction documents into clean, visually engaging 3D floorplans and I need a reliable partner who can take on that modeling workload long-term. Each project must read well as pure visualization pieces, so good lighting, clear material separation, and camera-ready composition matter just as much as geometric accuracy. Scope of work • Model complete floorplates from my PDFs or DWGs. • Add the HVAC ductwork at a standard level of detail—main trunks, branches, diffusers, and returns clearly visible but not overly engineered. • Apply basic materials and lighting so the scene is ready for rendered stills or walkthroughs. Deliverable • Native 3Ds Max file (2019 or newer), neatly layered, modifiers intact where possible, plus any linked textures. I usually have one to two floorplans a week, so consistency and quick turnaround are key.
