The goal is to verify the color combination of the roof, facade, and windows before construction continues. Scope of Work: 3D Modeling in 3Ds Max: Create a 3D model of the house based on the provided project drawings (PDF). Mandatory: Must work in 3Ds Max (Corona/V-ray) Texturing & Lighting: Apply specific materials and colors as described below. Rendering: Provide 3-4 realistic render angles (Eye-level views showing front, back, and sides). Environment: Simple environment is enough (sidewalks around the house). No complex landscaping, fences, or garden structures are needed at this stage. Technical Specifications & Design Details: House Type: Single-story bungalow (10.5m x 18.5m) with a hip roof. Roof: White roof tiles (Brand: Tondach - inspired by Strekov winery). Gutters & Facade: Both must match in color: RAL 9002 (Grey White).
