The site surroundings are very scenic, with: - Forest on one side - Orchards on two sides - Open green fields on the front side We are looking for an experienced 3D designer/visualization expert who can create: 1) A complete 3D masterplan of the entire site, showcasing the layout, landscaping, surroundings, and villa placement. 2) Detailed 3D exterior views of each villa, highlighting the modern architecture and design elements. 3) Realistic representation of the natural surroundings (forest, orchards, and open greens) to enhance the visual appeal.
