I already have the 2-D plans for a single-storey, 300 m² barrack and now need them brought to life in 3-D. You’ll build a complete digital model that shows both the exterior shell and every interior room, then produce photoreal stills plus a short rendered video. Scope • Convert my supplied drawings (PDF/DWG) into a clean, accurate 3-D model. • Level of detail: full exterior and interior; doors, windows, partitions, roof structure and all fixed fittings must read clearly. • Style: straightforward “remote-site” practicality—nothing overtly modern or industrial, just functional finishes suitable for out-of-town use. • Renders must emphasise the entrance, façade and internal room layouts. • A walkthrough/ fly-through video (≈30-60 sec) should guide the viewer from the main gate, past the façade, through key interior spaces, and back out. Deliverables 1. Native model file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender or similar) with organised layers/groups. 2. 6–8 high-resolution still images (4 exterior, 4 interior minimum). 3. MP4 video render, 1080p or higher, with basic titles and background music optional. 4. One round of minor revisions after first review. Please confirm your preferred software and an estimated turnaround time when you respond so we can lock in the schedule.
